About Me

It's not easy being a woman in business. I know that it is all too easy to get overwhelmed by doing it all. When I started my business journey, I was homeschooling two kids and my husband lived and worked over four hours away from home during the week. The standard hustle + grind business success plan wasn’t going to work in my house, and I started looking for another way.

I believe the world is waiting for you to carve your path too and I know that with all of your deep-rooted passion, drive, and determination, there's nothing stopping you from accomplishing whatever you want. If you are ready to take the next step in your life you're in the right place!

I'm Danielle Mendoza- wife, mom, author, and business development consultant.

After years of my own personal development, I finally realized that my place in my life was helping women develop their big ideas into successful businesses. Like me, they're busy ladies with a lot to do but they know they're being called to serve the world with their gifts beyond the way they've shown up in the world so far.

A little bit of background- I started in the business world at the ripe old age of eight with a successful lemonade stand when construction workers used our street to travel to the back area where they built a freeway sound wall (I sold a ton for a kid on the side of the street). Then I honed my sales skills at ten going door to door with old Halloween candy in mid-February to make money for the ice cream man. In junior high and high school, I made my money working with kids - babysitting, camps, after-school theatre programs- you name it, and I was there. And after graduating, I went to CalArts and became a freelance lighting designer who kept busy working in theatres and venues around LA. When I left the dangerous world of theatre work, I switched to corporate offices, where I absorbed strategy and managed growth challenges.

At one point I was working with a multi-6 figure women's brand that had recently scrapped their most profitable program and needed to recoup the losses with a new one. I played a key role in developing and writing a four-month coaching certification program and a complementary four-month coaching business how-to program. It has proven to be a multi-6 figure program and turns out some of the highest caliber coaches around. At the end of that experience, I knew where I really needed to be.

I realized that there are so many women with big goals and ideas but the pressure of $10k months or 6-figure success didn’t fit their approach. That coupled with the obstacles of family and other aspects of life just made it hard to find a time where there wasn't something else demanding all their attention already. The idea of taking a leap of faith for oneself can be a daunting one. But I know there’s no “right way” on the path to success, only the way that works for you! You just need to get started!

If you’re just starting out with your first business idea (or maybe even something bigger), I’m here to remind you to know that you deserve to be treated like a success no matter how much money you've made. You have everything you need to blaze your personal path to fulfillment. You can do this!!
